A speech language pathologist is a master's degree level educated clinician who is able to assess speech, swallowing, language, fluency, voice, and social communication disorders. A speech language pathologist will make recommendations for treatment which may include 1:1 therapy, other referrals to other specialties, parent coaching, a home program or other alternative forms of treatment. A communication disorders assistant, or CDA, may provide the therapy, under the supervision of the speech pathologist.

Monica Sadik is a registered speech-language pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). With extensive training and experience across various settings—including preschool populations, school boards, adult rehabilitation, and literacy for all ages—Monica is committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care.

Her passion areas include parent coaching for late talkers, as well as swallowing/dysphagia therapy and neuro-rehabilitation in the adult population.

Chelsea is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A) & a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). While Chelsea was completing her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Windsor, she began working in group home settings, supporting adults with exceptionalities. This is where Chelsea found her passion for supporting this population. Chelsea went on to get a post-grad certificate in autism and behavioural science. She then completed a masters in special education, with a focus in applied behaviour analysis from Arizona State University.

Chelsea has 8 years of expirience working with individuals with neurodivergence in both clinical and home environments. Chelsea has supported children, youth and adults as a behaviour therapist and as an RBA.

Chelsea is passionate about providing assent-based ABA services that support the individual needs of the person and their support system. Chelsea approaches services from a bio-psycho-social lens and aims to help individuals build the skills they need to live a meaningful life.
