New patients
Please ensure intake form is completed prior to your first visit (Link in booking email) to ensure your clinician has all the information they need prior to your assessment.
Your appointment time is reserved only for you. As such, late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time, and your session will not be extended past the booked time. There are no discounts or rate changes for a late arrival visit.
By booking, you agree to our no show/late cancellation/no contact policy:
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to the full rate of the booked appointment.
- No shows, including no contact attempts for cancellation are also subject to the full rate of the booked appointment.
- For any illness related cancellations, please contact your clinician directly to discuss re-scheduling.
